Meet Tim Kelsey, the Head Chef here at St. Catherine’s College.
In this role, Tim is in charge of arguably the most important factor of the conference experience… the food!
Dining is a crucial aspect in the hospitality of our guests, and Tim is at the frontline to make sure that each dish is prepared and served with the utmost care and quality.
Most recently, Tim and his top team of seasoned chefs accommodated the Oxford Food Symposium, an event they have been loyally catering to for many years. Within this event, he has hosted and worked with numerous guest chefs, including Fergus Henderson, Shaun Hill and the illustrious Raymond Blanc.
The Oxford Food Symposium is also proud to feature its Young Chef Award, where promising young culinary artists are given the chance to spend a residential weekend at the Symposium, and work on the gala evening dinner with one of their esteemed invited guest Chefs.
We are thrilled to have Tim on our team, providing invaluable knowledge of his craft and using it to ensure visiting clients receive the five-star treatment when dining with us.
